  • Stephen Stallard

    Lead Pastor  

    Stephen is the lead pastor of Mosaic. He graduated from Baptist Bible Seminary. Stephen serves as one of the primary preachers, and he is responsible for helping to shape the mission and vision of Mosaic. He is married to Sonya, the woman of his dreams! They have a daughter, Malia, and son, Xavier. Stephen loves NYC and enjoys spicy food. He is a Brooklyn Nets fan and is passionate about ethnic diversity and discipleship.

  • Woodley Victor


    Teaching Pastor  

    Woodley is a lifelong Brooklynite and Haitian-American. He graduated from Southern Seminary with a Master of Divinity degree. Woodley is one of the primary preachers at Mosaic. He designs and teaches Bible classes at Mosaic so that people can explore who Jesus is and what he stands for. Woodley has a background in criminal justice and enjoys reading and crime shows.

  • Shawn Green

    Pastor of Worship & Discipleship

    Shawn serves as the Pastor of Worship and Discipleship at Mosaic. His goal is to help people grow closer to Christ as they connect with our Missional Families. Shawn also serves as one of our worship leaders, working to help develop musicians and singers who play a role in Mosaic's ethnically blended worship experience. Shawn grew up in the Midwest, loves to follow sports, and enjoys cooking.

  • Emily Charles

    Worship Leader

    Emily serves on our worship team as a vocalist and leader, and helps plan Mosaic's worship services. She and her husband Theissen have three sons – Josiah, Isaiah, and Jeremiah. They are both lifelong Brooklynites and Haitian-Americans. Emily has been a teacher, and also enjoys wedding/event planning. Theissen teaches Jr High math in Brooklyn, and plays the keyboard with Mosaic's worship team.

  • Salome Pemberton

    Children's Director

    Salome immigrated with her family from Guyana when she was 13 years old. Salome serves as the Director of Children’s Ministry at Mosaic. A graduate of West Chester University of Pennsylvania, she is a trained Dietician and is passionate about hunger and food security. Salome is an advocate for families as she seeks to equip them to develop healthy eating habits that children can embrace. Her hobbies are reading, cooking, and exploring NYC.
